Now that your Cove Signature Review is complete, it’s time to dive into our 6-month Care Intensive. During this high-touch program, you’ll see your dedicated NP every six weeks, to meticulously refine your protocols. This is where expert care meets action—shifting the needle on your health so you can feel amazing, fast.

*Billed as a one-time payment of $1,200 for your 6-month term. Financing available.

Real health optimization doesn't happen overnight. It takes a minimum of six months to properly stabilize lab markers, optimize your dosages, and—most importantly—for you to feel the full physical results. We require this 6-month term upfront because we need you to be "all in" on your journey; we are committed to your success, and we ask for that same commitment to the process in return.

*$600 for a 6-month term, billed in advance. We operate on a pre-paid enrollment model to ensure your clinical team and lab resources are fully secured for your maintenance phase.

A La Carte Flexibility: While professional oversight and coordination are included in your enrollment, the costs of medications and any additional specialty labs are paid for separately at the time of ordering.

Direct Access: Day-to-day clinical questions and support are handled through our secure portal by our specialized Registered Nurse (RN).
Professional Triage: Our RN will provide expert guidance on your current protocol and coordinate with your NP when clinical escalation is required.

Add-On Appointments: If new symptoms or complex clinical issues arise that require NP input beyond your scheduled check-in, Add-On Appointments are available for $175.

Our Premium NP Care Upgrade is designed for those who desire direct, unrestricted access to their Nurse Practitioner for complex management or accelerated longevity goals.
Investment: $250/month (Billed as $1,500 for the 6-month term, added-on to the base fee).
Monthly NP Strategy Sessions: Includes one dedicated appointment with your Nurse Practitioner every month (6 total) to refine your protocol in real-time.
Direct NP Clinical Messaging: Bypass the RN triage team and maintain unrestricted, direct clinical messaging with your NP for immediate feedback and support (2 business day turn around).
Consistent Partnership: Maintain your spot on the NP’s panel with the highest level of clinical oversight we offer.

If you have Medicaid, it is illegal for us to accept payment from you for our services and therefore we are unable to see you as a patient.
If you have Medicare, some of our NPs can legally see you and others cannot. Please disclose this during your Signature Consultation so we can schedule you with the correct NP.
